Hassani Group traces back its history to 1912 when Baba Hassani founded a small convenience store supplying basic amenities to scarcely populated Dubai. Embracing our entrepreneurial spirit, we laid the foundation for our company and established ourselves as a leading regional organization as we expanded our global reach and diversified our portfolio over the years.

Baba Hassani founded a small convenience store supplying basic amenities to sparsely populated Dubai.

His Highness Late Shiekh Rashid Al Maktoum inaugurated the first Hassani Supermarket which became the first chain of supermarkets in UAE.

Mr. Mohammed Hassani established Hassani Trading Company (HTC), laying the foundation for today’s HASSANI GROUP OF COMPANIES.

Hassani group became the agent of Kellogg's breakfast cereals and cereal bars.

Hassani Food Industries became the Group’s first UAE manufacturing unit, starting with nuts and later expanding into semolina, oats, juices, desserts, and cake mixes.

Hassani Tea & Herbs Factory was established in 1988. It produces leading brands of Tea and Herbal drinks in powder form, in a wide variety of flavours and packaging.

Hassani Baby Food and Milk Powder Factory became the UAE’s first milk powder packing factory and remains among the region’s largest, using hygienic technology for varied packs.

Hassani Real Estate was established to manage Group properties, growing a diverse portfolio of buildings, villas, shops, and warehouses across the UAE and abroad.

Crown Food Industry began with tomato-based products and later expanded into mayonnaise, dressings, and honey, becoming the GCC’s largest tomato paste factory.

Crown Can Industry became the UAE’s first processed-food can facility, producing over 1 million cans daily with in-house design, printing, cutting, and components.

Lamia Garments was launched as a leading embroidery and textile factory, producing fashionable nightgowns and lingerie for Middle Eastern markets and exports to France, Japan, and Canada.

Crown Dairy Industry entered the dairy market with evaporated milk, cream, and condensed milk, quickly gaining market share before expanding into yoghurt drinks, flavored milk, and yoghurt.

Pastalini Food Processing established its pasta factory with advanced lines, creating the UAE’s second leading pasta brand with strong shares across the UAE, Middle East, and Africa.

Technoman Engineering was established to provide mechanical support and maintenance for UAE and overseas factories, building machinery, parts, and commissioning new plants.

Hassani Group of Companies completed its transfer from Al Quoz industrial area to its new facility in Dubai Investment Park 1.

Hassani earned ‘Distributor of the year Award’ and obtained approval from the Ministry of Health to offer Kellogg’s products in schools.
